Bellino designs and manufactures some families of valves for FPSO (Floating, Production, Storage and Offloading), with a particular focus on severe service .

Globe and check valves (swing check, tilting disc and dual plate) are subject to constant improvement from both a design and production point of view.

Bellino has recently implemented the possibility of performing high pressure gas tests up to pressures of 15000 psi (1035 bar), increasing its offering in such a way as to be a reliable leading player for these types of products.

The most critical factors that we carefully evaluate:
• Corrosion resistance → The marine environment and the process fluids themselves require an appropriate selection of materials and/or protective coatings such as perfect painting;

• Reliability in extreme conditions → Fatigue resistance given the possible continuous fluctuations in pressure and temperature;

• Maintenance → Reduction in the frequency of maintenance interventions
