The water flow to be injected is controlled by a separate dedicated control valve.

The nozzles are mounted on a probe directly in the steam pipe, so as to inject the water near the pipe axis.

It is possible to install up to three nozzles on the same lance, with the possibility to customize parameters such as CV, stroke, and set point to perfectly adapt to specific application requirements and requested performance.

The advanced nozzle design allows the water to be rotated at a velocity that provides a fine atomization that assures rapid evaporation of the cooling water.
